You're comparing apples to oranges.  First, Andrew Lessman does ship directly from vendor; secondly, QVC and HSN are twodifferent companies separate and apart from each other and has been addressed multiple times.  They are run differently.

The anomaly is Lug. It took 8 days just for status to say shipped, with no movement since then.  But I received a phone call from QVC letting me know my Lug purchase had some unforeseen delays.  At least they called, I was quite impressed by that, and no longer frustrated.  I appreciate that customer service.

What region of the country are you in?  How far from the QVC warehouses?

Now that you mention this, the exception I had was I ordered something from QVC and it arrived in 3 days.   I looked at the shipping information, and realized it was shipped from the QVC warehouse in Ontario, CA ... to me in Los Angeles.

In most cases it's management IMO.  Even though owned by the same company both managed by different heads.  Like walking into two different Targets or Costcos in the same city.  One can be much larger and twice as busy but runs more efficiently with happier employees to help you.  It's all about the management.

It just depends...I ordered an item from RMS beauty (from QVC) on Tuesday 8/9 and received it TODAY!  That was fast!

Every Andrew Lessman product I have ever ordered, and it is a lot, has come from HSN warehouse in TN.   Not sure, perhaps the west coast gets them from his facilities in NV.
