Sounds like your SIL has a wound vac after this recent surgery.

My husband wore a wound vac 24/7 for 5 months after his amputation. They are great devices, but being attached to, and keeping up with that man purse gets old fast. My husband was so ready to sling that thing as far away as he could get it by the time his wound healed enough for it to come off.

Two losses in a row for the Cardinals! They need to turn it around. Can you believe it was 80 last week we tonight we drove home in a blinding snow squall? We haven't had an official frost yet.

just a quick check in.

have clothes to fold, 1 load in washer, dryer just finished with a small load.

have heard about the cold weather back west (midwest and such). early snow storm this year.

GS is here to help DH install new headlights and some kind of fan for the engine. LOL I have no clue about the fan.

They left so DH can buy more "stuff" at a tool place because it is on sale. I say nothing. LOL

Then I'll make some cinnamon buns for breakfast when they get back and then they will start on the car.

It's a nice day-haven't really paid much attention to the weather forecasts but it has been nice in the morning and not hearing that a/c drone on and on is a blessing.

Hello.Biker mama is back haha.Had a nice ride.This will be the last ride up north for us.Getting too cold.Next time we go there will be car only.

hello all

another super busy day for me.

hemmed the remainder of my scrub slacks. i thought they would be ok but during walk they were scraping on the ground. came home and did the remainder of the slacks, just one turn up.

raining today. did dry outside this morn. got clothes in about 2ish, rain began about half hour later. clothes did all dry today.

tomorrow dh goes back to sea.long week for him. his weekend is wed/thursday this week coming up.

ok guys will check in later.

making new slow cooker meal ham hash. smells so good.

hey everyone,

getting closer to winter. Had to pull out my heating pad to put on my lap to warm me up.

rained quite steadily late afternoon.

dinner dh made was excellent, easy to make. A definite repeat.
