Well the first Christmas ever spent in the garage.

DS and family came over and brought back the gifts we dropped off last week just in case so it was great to see presents being opened in person.

We wanted to make sure they had them in case something came up.  With health issues in both homes you never know.

They didn't stay too long-they needed to stop by DDIL's parents and they wanted to be home before dark.

Now they are home safe and sound.

I hope all who post and read are doing ok tonight-it can be a bittersweet time for everyone-either missing loved ones, pets, friends-all those who have been or still are a part of our lives.

hey all

that overnight storm was a wild wicked event. weather radio went off a few times. high winds with very heavy rain beating against the house.

cold front pushed thru late this morn. getting bitter cold outside.

not much else.

did chores,

did both walks

not much else.

A very quiet day for DH and me.  Talked to DS and family for a bit this afternoon.

Not much happening today-I imagine it might be busy out there but we have no reason to go out.

hey all

wow what a day here. dh took me out shopping at target, boscov's,walmart. home by 2pm,walk, church on line at 4pm.

DD called they had to take my 16 yr old grand daughter to A I DUPONT CHILDREN HOSPITAL today. ran all kinds of tests on her, she has a concussion from that car accident. she was put on bed rest/light duty type stuff.

not much else guys later.

Went Saturday for dinner at my sons house with only 4 of us for a few hours.

Couldn't sleep  woke up at 2am got a drink of water and tried going back to sleep and   couldn't so i got up at 3am but no plans for the day.
