Red top I am so sorry about your dh having bad days this past week

Watching the movie JFK been on it all week long-pretty good movie

very cloudy and cool today-rain expected after 5pm tonight

dryer died this morning hope repair can fix the dryer tomorrow OR a new dryer will be purchased ASAP

My heartfelt thanks to all who are thinking of us and sending good wishes for my husband.  His health is declining, so "good" days will be less in the days ahead.  He has what he needs, is comfortable in our home with our girls and family close by, which helps give me peace.

Well, I am off to I-Hop to treat myself for breakfast. I would have went anyway since I am off today, but since it's Veterans Day, they will offer us free food. 

I heard IN-N-Out is also offering free lunch today, which happens to be my favorite fast food establishment in Southern California so I will head out and go through their drive thru for lunch. 

Other than that, I plan on spending my day relaxing, binge watching one of my shows, and shredding excess paper. Which I have an abnormal amount of.

My daughter has a Pet Scan today. It's going to take a couple hours. Praying that the cancer hasn't spread.  My husband left this morning to spend 3 weeks in Chicago for training in his Macular Degeneration, for help in his seeing ability. He will be learning a lot of things there. He's at the airport now.  The VA is paying for everything as it is they who strongly recommended he go there.

I am trying to arrive at some semblance of order as I once again attempt to clean my house. The older I get, the harder it is to bend over, push a heavy vacuum, etc. Ugh! There's always so many other more enjoyable things to do instead.

bought a speed queen dryer has the 2 items I want- air fluff and sensor dry 

tech for this lg dryer won't be here till ???? late-

we are getting rid of the dryer- to many darn things wrong with it.

we got heavy rain last night a half inch have not had that much rain for 2 months.

My husband and 2 of his buddies are out enjoying the generosity of places offering free Veteran meals. He served in the Navy: the other two in the Army & thankfully survived Vietnam. They meet up a few times during the year.
