My plan is to put away the laundry from yesterday, vacuum entry rugs, mop the floor in the main bathroom and get 2 cards ready for the mail.  I also promised my husband a trip to DQ later.   Happy Sunday to all!

Happy Sunday everyone. I watched service online this morning. I slept like a rock last night, after my excursion down to Hollywood. The play was excellent. @viva923 I am thinking about going to see Wicked Next year, and I have to say that I am considering spending the night down there afterwards. It was a long day. :-)

Today, I plan on straightening up my house, getting ready for work tomorrow and watching 1 or 2 football games.

We took a drive on Saturday and decided to stop at DQ. I bet it's been two years since I had a Blizzard. DH drove in the drive-thru and ordered us two medium Blizzards. When she said the total would $13.48, I gasped! Honestly, I thought they would be about $4.59 apiece. He had M&M, and I had turtle pecan. They we good, but I'd never pay that much again.

Temp is 76 and it is a mostly sunny day here. Took a walk in the park. I have someone coming out on Thursday to give me an estimate on some concrete work I need done. Then on Friday the painter is coming to paint my two hallways. It is getting more and more difficult to find people to do home maintenance jobs and the prices have soared. I need my house powerwashed and an outdoor faucet repaired, have made calls but never heard back. It is frustrating.

Trucker daughter made it home before daylight.  I left home at 10:15 for a quick grocery run, got gas, went to the bank, and got home at 11:35.  Put groceries away, put rolls out to rise, put a cake in the oven, started trucker daughters laundry, fed and watered the dog, cubed the last (thawed) roast from the freezer to make beef stew, along with prepping all the vegetables.  Just finished making icing for the cake.  Am off to pop rolls in the oven and add slurry to the stew so we can eat!  

Will finish laundry while I enjoy TV time in my recliner, while eating cake!

Just getting over being sick. Went up north to have a good time with my daughters and grands. They have a big celebration on Labor Day,a fair and parade.DH stayed home with our dogs.At least I had a good time before I got sick.

Weather is beautiful here,high 70"s and sun.

Nurse came to draw my labs today. Did a little dusting and vacuuming.Have my fall decor up and will do Halloween at start of October.YEA FALL!!

I walked downtown  this morning for my appointment with my NP.

She noticed right away the difference in me since i saw her 4 months ago.....she told me it was my thyroid being to" high" again,   causing me  not sleeping good,in pain,stomach issues.etc.

She changed  my thyroid med..i now need to take 2 different doses at same time   but she needed to call in scripst for me,

Also is having me take a pain med  called Meloxicam15mg...but said it will take a month for it to help me for  my pain.

My weight-i lost a few pounds...bp...was good..lower for me this time!

I need to go to hospital" if" i have bad IBS pain  again  for tests.

Also missing son.,d/i/l  and their 4 dogs  as they left this morning to go back to Mo.   they had been here for 5 weeks  in their trailor in my yard.

I'm feeling sad right now.
