@hellie jo, I'm so sorry to hear about his horrific injury. Such a freak thing to have happen. Sadly, it sounds like he has a long road ahead. I hope a rehab facility can accept him as he will need much therapy. Sending healing wishes for a full recovery and better days ahead.

@hellie jo WOW! Bless his heart!❤️ I am SO sorry to read of your great grandson's devastating injury!😲 It is made even more difficult because 14 year olds are quite active!😐 I am hoping all goes well for him postoperatively,  and that he is soon on mend !🤞🙏

hello all

busy day for me

went to Sams club for blankets-they don't sell them at our store-so went to Walmart got me 4 blankets

dh is at laundramat washing them for usage especially tonight-later all

This morning I decided to change some of my handmade cardigans into pull-over sweaters.  Did two of them today .. about a dozen more to go (I like to make sweaters!).  

It was a good day with a wonderful ending with a meeting of one of our (newer) women's church/charity groups.

the new sheets i got at boscov's are way to short for the bed-see if i can return them for the 21 inch sides.

You are going through a lot and you are such a light on the board and this thread. Keep fighting as someone told me recently. We all have so many medical struggles, it'a actually a sense of comfort to know others are going through their own medical trials, and we all lift each other up.
