hey all

not much today

threat of rain today, possible thunderstorms this afternoon. quite humid outside.

did get walk done. clothes in dryer not sure when it will rain.

Went to clinic for my blood draw today. It really feels like fall and is quite breezy. Hoping to go to a coffee shop for a fall beverage next week with friends and then stopping at a pumpkin patch and picking up a pie. Love this time of year.

Enjoyed a nice cup of coffee this morning-it just tasted extra good for some reason. Probably because I actually drank it hot without interruption.

Left-overs for dinner/supper-whichever one calls it. 

Need to continue to sort through things that have just over-stayed their welcome.

Nothing planned for the day. Having porkchops and sweet potatoes. I made a cup of pumpkin spice coffee this morning in the Keurig.

hello all

heard on the radio today that pumpkin spice is on the way out the christmas blends flavorings are coming into play now. 

not much today, did chores,

very opressive today, cloudy, no wind today. don't know what it is going to do next.

Getting hair done, roots colored & cut. Both are very much needed. Also having a pedi & then meeting a friend for lunch.

I was up around 4:30am,went back to bed,

was up again at 7:30a.m...

8:30 am once again i needed sleep...

its just one of those fibro flare up days...

and i need to go back to bed again and sleep 

 and it's not even noon yet!

Just hanging out today. Yesterday I worked outside until almost dark. Legs hurt a little. No more than a little. Will watch a movie or read.
