I walked 5 long blocks  and returned home tired, but happy i'm still able to it!

surg done, now i ahve to get thru 2 weeks so i can do everything on my own. also found out i can only take front facing showers. not what i was told when i had consult. ugh

hello all

lazy morn for me,

light clean of bathrooms,can't live with dirty bath sinks, did wash front load washer on pedestal, put in dryer, did vacuum with my light wgt sonicclean vacuum DID NOT move any furiture,just vac'ed open areas,

did walk

did take nap for 2 hours woke up to perry mason,

listened to neighbor lady have a melt down to those hellion kids she screamed so much,she became horse.

that is my morn,later guys

Just got home from my husbands routine appt at the VA.   Delta variant has been confirmed in that county, as well as all of the southern counties around us, along with northern WV counties.   

Starting today, the VA facility has gone back to their building lockdown, with a tent under the front canopy for patient temperature and safety screenings, mask handout, and no spouses are allowed inside with the patient.   I will expect to see the porta potties set up in the parking lot by our next visit.

Walked with neighbor and we did shorter walk cause of heat&humidity...so about 10-12 blocks round trip!!

Took sheets off my bed this morning and need to put clean set on sometime today-before 10 pm bed time!
