Very warm here, temp in low 90's. Our average temp for this date is 73. I did get my walk in early when there was a nice breeze and watered my flowers. 

Just had oatmeal with blackberries for breakfast and a hamburger and baked beans for lunch. Have been drinking plenty of water for hydration.

Planning on a nice day of relaxation tomorrow as the warm weather continues.

Paris Street Market yesterday. Not much today.

Got up early and got things done before it heats up.

• Watered flowers
• Washed light colored clothing
• Straightened up house
• Made blueberry pancakes
• Live streamed a church service

got appoint for surg 3 august for implant of pacemaker for bladder/other areas, see doc on 11th if all is going aok, than permanently installation will be 17 august.

hey guys

got chores done early, since we began spreading the chores around the week less to clean around here daily. anyway,got chores done,got walk in early,glad i did, it is HOT HOT HOT AND HUMID HUMID HUMID. VERY oppressive today

have clothes on line drying,sheet day for me,only 2 loads today

I walked a block up the street and came back  it was to humid for me!

I need to go down into my basement and get clothes out of dryer from yesterday.fold and put clothes away afterwards.
