Many people have a lot to deal with these days. I'm not sure I'd step away from these boards simply because they provide a means to connect with friendly people. Not every thread is positive, but I seek out those that ask for advice, prayers and friendship. Right now DH and I are trying to shake head colds.

I did 2 loads of laundry yesterday,i should do another load possibly  or maybe not.

One of my sons contacted me yesterday for us to go out of town shopping,eating out  and i hope to get a hair cut" Saturday "for Mothers Day gift!

I was given a $100.00 gift card for Kohls at Christmas time  and so far haven't found anything to buy as yet.Maybe i will Saturday?

Hi everyone, 

Yesterday, I was listening to the news. I heard a story about a former Cardinal, Albert Pujols,  who was DFA from his current team, the Angels.   

It made me think of all the lovely conversations Show Me and I  had about her Cards and Pujols.  I think of her every time I see/read anything about the Cardinals.  

I hope you are doing well and healthy.
