hello all

not much here ,

did prep work for the week today. Cleaned out the fridges i have in the house.

did chores and took both walks. Closed up the house for night, have dinner reheating in electric skillet on low heat.

not much else. Later guys

I have PT today.  Doing my home exercises but I need to go over them again to make sure I'm doing them correctly.

Dropped off the Halloween bags yesterday.  One large for everyone to share and then two smaller ones for the grandkids.

Spent about an hour on the phone with my sister, too.

So the day was upbeat and for that I am thankful.

New set of exercises today and 9 minutes on a leg press.  It was a Total Gym piece of equipment and he put warm towels under my back.  Ahhhh.

So I will practice tomorrow (and I'll be sore, he said) at home and then we'll see what Wednesday will bring.

edit:  The exercises I had from last week are done.  LOL  So if I missed something, too late.

I don't know if he will combine later.

My day today.

Just happened to come here today.  My husband was supposed to have hernia surgery this morning, but they found out he has A-Fib, His heart rate is around 140 and needs to be under 100, so they admitted him for overnight.  He's on medication to slow his heart rate!  What a shock to us all! He had a terrible fall on his chest last week, no broken ribs, but bruised, maybe that had something to do with it too.  Please pray, if you will? I have to be home, not allowed in the hospital.
