Maryland suburbs, our avg price is about 2.70

I just noticed the price yesterday morning even though I do not need any yet.  Here in East Texas it is $2.38.  My last fill up about two weeks ago was $2.55 with a .10 cent discount for points on grocery purchases, so I paid $2.45 per gallon.

Our gas prices starting going up in Janurary. Gas is 2.77 a gallon now, and is predicted to be at least 4.00 a gallon by summer.

I guess I should be glad to be able to get it, my daughter lives in another part of my state, and they are having a gas shortage. She had to go to three different stations yesterday, because so many were out of gas. She has been told it has something to do with refineries in Texas, I really don't know.

I paid $2.41 in Dallas this week. Can get for $2.35 at some stations.

We live in S. WI (45 miles S of Madison) & it's $2.79 too.
