@BalletBabe- well, curiosity got this cat!  I live in Italy part of the year so I tried to watch the video of Venice....so  sophomoric....all I heard was tee hee tee hee....isn't that pretty?  Waving to people who aren't waving back?   Instead of saying "that's St Mark Cathedral"....we hear "I love that church" or talking about the bridges instead of pointing out relative ones like The Bridge of Sighs or the prison where Casanova was imprisoned....just silly chatter that won't encourage anyone to go to Italy IMHO....Venice is fascinating but not LR's version....boring....didn't finish the video

@Stray....wow, how lucky are you to live in Italy part of the year.  I envy you.  I would just like to go and visit, but don't see that happening.  Thanks for your input on the video.

@shell garden- I really love the Country....everything about it!  I am not a fan of the tourist attractions or cities but it's a must for the first time.  You may go someday; I hope you do!

OMG. It was a huge NO from the waist up. The full view is triple no. WTH was she thinking? I think this would look stupid on a 25 year old as well.

It looks like cheap and it's not flattering at all.  It has nothing going for it.

She mentioned on FB that it's from Club Monaco!!

[ Edited ]

Hey @shell garden I bet that was a great tour.  Used to love her Italy shows.  Remember at night time once she was soooo cold without a wrap and she was outside in an evening gown.

Thanks for sharing, buddy.  I really enjoyed that video you posted last time with Lisa and Kathy Levine.

Not everyone does Facebook, myself included, and what the heck it's fun to gab about the latest doings of pretty Lisa.  Maybe I will join the tribe ;-)

Anyway glad you shared this.  I hope you continue to do so.

Re: WHAT A TREAT! Lisa R. gives a mini tour of Italy!

Yes, while Lisa has convincingly swayed her tribe into believing she has videoed Italy for their benefit, she has just shrewdly utilized her tax write-offs to the absolute max- the filming of Italy - business-period-She can deduct the entirety of that trip, as well as any other business related expenses, including international fees, phone expenses, cameras, her vehicle, meals, rooms, and her home, which she is sagaciously using as a workplace.

Once LR has dumped, I mean, sold the bulk of the “tribe” jewelry, she will need to seriously move away from the original “tribe” theme if she wishes to grow her influence.

Additionally, realizing progression cannot be accomplished through divisiveness that is seemingly bred and fed by anger cloaked in a tribe label. Or, by any individual who, for whatever reasons, must live in a state of mind which allows others to fight a battle for her. She’ll need to figure out how to transform her “tribe” into an open, welcoming, unrestricted community environment if she wishes to be taken seriously.

If a public individual has branded herself as an individual who has “grace” (as Lisa has) then the very least they owe the public is to act in a way that is gracious. Exploitive, untrue, misleading, deceptive, illusory egocentrism in any individual will always invite dissention, disparagement and antipathy.

I think as women we should certainly support women who have earned our support. But frankly, I do not support or endorse, any woman just because they are women, or because they may be beautiful or may have accomplished “something” in life.

I support women because they have a sense of uprightness, integrity, and exude some degree of authenticity. But, that’s just my position.

I genuinely feel for the women on her FB page, stating they wish they could afford to visit Italy. All the while, purchasing expensive junk jewelry, illogically, wasting the very money that could achieve that for them. There is something disturbingly perverse about it.

Even if you've traveled there, it's rather fun and I agree with the OP, it's kind of her to do... I've only watched one of her videos but it was enjoyable.

Re: WHAT A TREAT! Lisa R. gives a mini tour of Italy!

As others have said, Lisa didn't do this to be nice.  Her intention is to promote herself, and any expenses related to that are simply the cost of doing business.   She can probably write off the cost of the trip too.

That doesn't mean people shouldn't watch and enjoy, if this appeals to them.  But she's a businesswoman and certainly doesn't do things like this simply out of the goodness of her heart.

Hi @dooBdoo.  As to your last sentence:

"Just wanted to weigh in on this, since we seem to be destined to see frequent polarizing LR threads."

I neither have a problem with LR nor do I have any interest in her one way or the other.  I am not invested in this woman's life on any level. What I am having a problem with is exactly what I underlined.  The OP brings a new LR thread about every other week.  She would have to be a complete idiot not to see exactly how her threads go, so I do not buy her altruistic motive of bringing these tidbits for the sole purpose of informing posters here about LR's comings and goings, who might not have access to FB.  I think that is bs and I think the OP is sitting back and laughing (.... perhaps even in another bb) at the "chaos" and angry responses that ensue.  Her "mission" has been accomplished once again IMO.....   and will continue to be accomplished in regular, repetitive, head-shaking installments.

Stay tuned for the vehement protest...

You know after I read this, I can't get that song out of my head.  I think it was candy girl?

Or "Sugar, Sugar"?

At least the use of the word in the song isn't dripping in sarcasm.
