It is not back it went from taking about 10 minutes for me to get into three weeks ago then bumped up to just over a minute wait time about 10 days ago now last week and today I am at around the 3 minute mark for waiting to Process my Request.  That is certainly NOT BACK!!!!

Maybe they are discouraging it or phasing it out because it is not a topic about or really related to shopping.  As are most of the others.
