Hey, Snow Pink I saw a pair almost exactly like those today in a vintage shop. The shoe was a sort of combination of the 2 pair you are showing. Same finish. Thought of you immediately.

The first is classic so it is my choice...........but I wouldn't turn down the other if you are buying...............love silver heels.

I would choose the Louboutin's pictured above e and keep these in my car...just in case...lol lol. I'm not a fan of either of the OP's choices until I see the dress. That is the missing piece to choosing.

Just goes to show you how tastes differ. I find the first shoe, dare I say it, a bit dowdy.

I almost always choose a more open shoe over a pump and I like a bit of a platform.

Of the two choices that the OP asked about,

I find the first pair to be more classic and elegant.

The second pair, and platform dress shoes in general, I find clunky.
