Visiting QVC in West Chester, Pa

Hello, Girlfriend and I are leaving Saturday for West Chester, Pa. We plan on visiting the Studio Store. We also want to tour Philadelphia. Are there any trains to Philly out of West Chester or nearby towns? I hear parking in Philly is a nightmare? Need help, any locals with suggestions?
