Vintage glass windchimes?

Does anyone remember these "cheap" little dime store items? I remember them back in the 1950's and 60's - maybe into the early '70's.

I was talking with an old high school friend the other day and mentioned them, and she said she had no idea what they were or are. I was shocked....thought everyone had at least seen these glass windchimes! I think they used to be made in Japan.

Sure would love to find one to buy! Looked on eBay, but they have none of the little tinkly ones I remember.
