Video Not Able to download completely due to net work problem

Anyone have a problem with video downloading after selecting the item to be seen.  I et a message that says, "video did not download completely due to network error."  It cuts out halfway thru the video of the product.  I sent an e-mail to customer service who said they were working on the problem which may take some time so be patient.
