Vet did root canal on wrong tooth (about my dog)

I am sick. I obtained a second opinion before I had the root canal done to a tune of $1,000. The vet sold his practice & is in the process of moving back to Croatia. The tooth I was told got the root canal had problems-I thought it was a poor job. When I got the records, he did the lower tooth, not the upper tooth.

Now I have to pay for the job to be done a second time & put the dog through another sedation.

All I can do is file a complaint with the Texas Board of Veterinary licensing incase he ever comes back to Texas.

I don't get sick to my stomach often, but I am right now.
