"Happy Anniversary (you didn't forget, did you?).  The savings. The black Fridays, the family car trips. We made a lot of memories together. 17 years.  Thank you for all the good times."

It actually touched me because my sister and I did go  back in the day  to all night sales at so many  stores.  We loaded up the kids (if they were up and had so much fun shopping in the middle of the night.  Not like the craziness now where people had to stand in lines to wait for certain  stores to open.

One day we did look at each other probably 10 years ago and said maybe we are getting to old for this.

Kohl's sent a $17 gift card and yes other companies send discounts all the time.  This just brought back some really fun memories.  It doesn't take much to make me happy.

@hopi.... I have been having some time to think about memories lately.... I appreciated you sharing yours....

This wasnt at the holidays but my sisters-in-law and some others enjoy a fun scavenger hunt for charity in their community every year and they invited me once.... we laughed for several hours and when we returned to the hall with our "goodies" we found that we were one item short.... we didnt care as we had all learned a little bit more about each other and spent such a fun evening.... and the food was so yummy!!

Anybody else ever been on a scavenger hunt?
