Very personal & humiliating but I need your help

as you know from my postings about my shoulder problems, I have an appointment with an orthopedic doctor on Monday 1-3-2011. I was in the process of 'getting myself ready' (because I didn't know how long it would take to do certain things because of my shoulder) and I am upset because I cannot shave under my arm of my bad shoulder...I just can't get my arm moved where I can take care of that situation and I am very humiliated by it!! I will be so embarrassed!!! I just don't know what to do!!! My sister even tried helping!!! Have any of you had this? Please help
