Verizons service..

No Internet for days again for the 10th time...The help in India argues w me for 3 days. FINALLY, they send a tech guy. He says He needs to rewire. He was here for hours, then says it's our modem..lol..So, now they are shipping one. I said we need it overnight. He says it may take days. I said if it's not here overnight, I am switching to cable Internet, (which is the only other ISP we can get here in hick town.lol)..Verizon needs an overhaul IMO and to hire People who know what they're doing!..Anyone else have issues with them? This bad service just started with them the past year or so..Sorry for any errors. Sent via iPad
