Venting on ordering a product not available until next year???????

Got a catalog from this place and there was a gorgeous poinsettia arrangement that included 2poinsettias and the vase. Would you believe the mailman delivered this long box which continued 2 gorgeous poinsettias and no vase....so I called the company and was told that the item is not available and won't be UNTIL NEXT SEASON!!!!!????? I could NOT believe my ears, as when they took my order no indication of a "limited amount" of this item, or that it was no longer available!!!! I said that the dumbest thing I ever heard that the catalogue came end of October and I placed the order November 4--it isn't even Thanksgiving and they are sold out??? No mention of anything other than a refund, or wait til next year and cannot remember option 3 but none of it was a "wait list" that would fulfill the order!

Now I ask you have you ever dealt with a company and was a new customer and had such a ridiculous thing happen?????? They told me to keep the poinsettias which I am and they are breathtaking, but now I have to find a very tall vase to display them in!!! Yep first and last order from me!!!!

WHO DOES THAT???!!
