SPURT, I'm glad you understood my compliment... my goodness, what a mess I made of the word gorgeous ;-)

We used to have a huge problem with mourning doves and grackles making huge messes and lots of noise! I had to buy a special bird feeder that only cardinals and smaller birds can use. Woodpeckers, because they are such acrobats still can get the seeds, which I don't mind at all

The squirrels are also frequent visitors

No problem with words----Im used to it my auto spell check does wierd things .....

My sis had bird feeders too and we both checked in many stores and specialty stores too to try to find a feeder that those Doves would ignore...but we were unsuccessful in the ones we tried..............

I do like squirrels....my sister got them to take peanuts out of her hand....they were so cute especially the baby squirrels....Those are cute pics......

I have no pictures, but we quite often have ducks walking down our street. We also have a red fox that lives in our neighborhood.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

We have a turkey family. They are fun to watch. It’s like follow the leader. If one lags behind the mother or father turns turns their head slightly and they run to catch up. We also have deer. They eat our shrubs and DH has to cover them. We also have a rabbit that lives under our deck. Love the animals. We live in the country. Oh,we had a bat in a bedroom. Getting it out wasn’t easy.

And I dont have a photo of the young buck that marched down the sidewalk in January, i went to get my phone to take a photo but he was already gone....I think he was looking for sprinklers to be on so he could get drink of water....

I live near a large treed lot and a green belt where all these critters come from............
