Suit should be dismissed, the ads say plant based not vegan.  I think it sounds pretty tasty. Guy is looking for a payday IMO.

Does Mr. Williams have meat allergies, and did the “meat contaminated” vegan burger make him sick as a result? If not, then his lawsuit is B.S.!
