I think because they are all wannabe actors/actresses just waiting for their big break, this show seems more fake than other reality shows. This show seems the fakest of all to me. I find it hard to believe any legitimate business owner like Lisa would deal with the staffs' shenanigans.

I agree Lipstick good point. I have reverted to having this on in the background instead of watching. These shows are becoming so silly I find myself watching them on DVR and fast forwarding... a lot!
