She mentioned she goes to some type of trade show in January. I think she welcomes suggestions for new products on her facebook page.

Valerie has mentioned many, many times that feedback on her social media platforms is always taken into account.
To me, this indicates that her loyal customers are generally pleased with the offerings.
I remember her noting that several years ago customers had requested darker skin tone Christmas figures. She acknowledged the requests and delivered. Many of her items are now in various shades.
I would recommend, therefore, providing ideas and suggestions and innovations to her directly on social media if you're unhappy with current offerings.

Her team always acknowledges requests on facebook. She's definitely doing something right after 30+ years.

@781Florist In one show Valerie said she doesn't do glitter in her own home decorating. If you've ever seen her home when she used to broadcast from there, it was much more elegant.

I absolutely LOVE❤️ her holiday, and seasonal decor offerings but my daughters and I have amassed such nice collections through the years that I simply cannot justify additional purchases without letting some things go! We learned how to stage decor, and make it look professionally curated by watching her design her festive sets and make additional display suggestions!😊
While her shows may seem somewhat redundant now to some viewers; understandably😁, there are new viewers tuning in throughout her shows that are unfamiliar with her brand and find it interesting and enjoyable! I recall those days well!😁They still make wonderful gifts!😊
