VIRGINIA-Is This a Nice State to Live?

Good morning all. Before I leave for work, I just wanted to post about the State of Virginia. For those of you who have ever lived there, or are living there now, is Virginia a nice State to consider relocating to? Do you enjoy it there?

I'm considering moving and was attracted to the Northern part of the State - perhaps the Winchester area? Any commentary? Thanks in advance for any and all responses.
