I watched it. At the end the man that had been "devoured" is seen looking at his phone in disbelief as if he had been watching the same commercial. That's it...the end...he's fine. I think it's well done. But those Jurassic movies.....yikes! I have to close my eyes a lot....

Applebees has a tie in commercial with Top Gun-Mavrick.  I think it is spend $25 and get a free movie ticket.

I watched the Jeep one, very clever and pointed out all the Jeep benefits.  I didn't find it particularly violent with the tie in to the movie.  Kids play with dinosaurs all the time and study them in school.  Since they are extinct no problem.

They drive Jeeps in Jurassic Park so definitely product placement. I'm sure there'll be commercials in the previews as well.  It didn't phase me at all but I watch a lot of true crime shows.

I noticed some of this same commercial, on the web, cut off the last part, where the dinosaur GULPS DOWN  & EATS the guy standing in front of him

But --> .. this is the FULL  "gulping/eating" version < *WARNING* - link >  on the website titled ...   AdWeek dot com ...   .. and it's a JEEP commercial

@TwinkleBell

Oh, wow .... it's a commercial for BOTH Jeep and Jurrassic!

I don't even remember the last time I saw a "dual company commercial" ... if that's what they're called.  How about you?

~~~~~~~~~~`
@Tinkrbl44   agree.. I dont remember a commercial for BOTH, dual companies/entities either.
I looked up at the TV, merely anticipating when regular programming would return, (after "whatever" commercial happened to be on).
The whole, "commercial for whatever product" blurred past me, 'cause I  only really saw, (& was shocked), at the "chomping at the end,"
Since i NEVER, EVER do "horror programming".. i was dumbfounded, that on a CLEARLY "non-horror" channel, (which are the only conscientiously selected channels I watch)...it showed a horror scene, and a "horror" commercial at that!.
If you are into "horror programming," pls dont pay attention to me.. (of course, I realize its personal choice of each person!!)
....   .I was merely shocked,, taken aback, that there was a "cutting over" of a "horror (commercial)"  to a clearly, carefully selected, non-horror channel/programming.
Feelings are simply human
How we deal with, ..or express those feelings .. is our choice
QVC and HSN have done collaborations with Disney.
Batman and Burger King and/or Cocoa Cola.  There's so many I can count where there has been mutual and complimentary product placement for ad campaigns.  Spiderman (fast food), Mountain Dew and so many more.
This isn't a new concept and I'm surprised some have forgotten about these ad campaigns.
I haven't forgotten anything.
I DVR shows, fast forwarding through all commercials and watch a one hour show in about 42 minutes.  Saves time and commercials really don't influence me to buy anything.  I don't need to watch them.
Oh for Pete's sake relax already. It's just a promo for a movie rolled into a commercial. Trust me no one got hurt as the dinosaur devoured that human. Woman Very Happy
