Could it have been that the item was on easy pay and the shipping charge was divided up into payments?

Speak to a CS supervisor before you do anything else. The recipient may not have gotten your package, someone else may have. Or they might have put her name on the one you got, bu this was meant for you, just a mix-up.  Thinking she may have gotten one already and if you ship this back you may not get another (out of stock or whatever). So check with a supervisor. As far as the price difference, ask, but they may not know either.

The s/h is stated on the screen.  Did you choose some other method of shipping like overnight or priority that would have made your amount higher?

What was your amount as compared to her amount?  Maybe there was a shipping deal the day she ordered her item?

I'm not getting it either.  Is that only a suggestion of what might get charged?

@MomCat Do you not think different users could see different S&H amounts on the screen?
