Re: V35412 Unstable Fan that can tip over

[ Edited ]

   @Spurt

I've been fooling with the fan speeds while it sits on my 'lumpy' textured rug, seeing if I can get it to flip over at top speed.

   I really tried, and I get a slight wobble when shifting into turbo speed, but I can't make it flip.

Then I accidentally kicked it and it promptly fell over.

   Well, so do my box fans!

   I like this fan a lot.

 I intend to buy more.

If tippy-ness became an issue in the future I'd simply modify the feet/base so it can't flip.

The oscillating feature is more useful than a ceiling fan for eliminating pockets of stagnant, humid air that pools under beds, inside closets, and between furniture and the back wall. That added air circulation is especially important in seldom used rooms.

My next Blizzard will replace the box fan that sits in front of my basement dehumidifier. The Blizzard on oscilation setting will do a much better job of distributing dry air throughout the basement.
