Although new to this sub-forum, I'm not new to the boards. I had a problem with an order which appeared to be "frozen" in process. My interaction was delightful and I believe the situation has been resolved. I strongly recommend this option when trying to resolve a CS issue. They were wonderful!

I have used this feature several times over the years I've been a QVC customer and have always found it to be helpful.
