Update on my "Mover" Disaster!!!

I called the OWNER of this company today - I was FIRM & ASSERTIVE because it was just downright wrong!

I did tell him I was filing a complaint with the BBB and attorney general's office for his poor business practices --

HMMMM - he is REFUNDING $200 of my costs. Wonder why??? I'm sure this won't happen again to others. As much as I hate to complain when things can go wrong this type of INTIMIDATION and overpricing is unacceptable.

Looking forward to putting this refund towards a few other things my son might need!
