I don't post often, but I read the posts occasionally. I always thought highly of you how you cared for your husband, always there by his side. This will be one of the most difficult things in your life, but may you be comforted in knowing that you loved and cared for him to the end. You are in my thoughts.

@smb3 -thank you very much. Your post made me cry. I absolutely adore my husband and he adores me. I take my marriage vows very seriously and will be by his side until the very end. I couldn't have it any other way.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

time and sending you both wishes for Peace. I am so glad that you have family nearby.

You have always spoken of your spouse with such love and care, your relationship is obviously a special one. You worked beside him with this awful disease, and while he might not be able to say it at this time, his love for you has not changed. I hope this gift you’ve shared will give you comfort through this time.

Please allow me to say, be cautious of your own health. The effects of long term stress are cumulative and can exacerbate other health existing problems.
