Update on Minnesota delivery fee

The PROPOSAL for a 75 cents delivery fee in Minnesota has been dropped...as most locals thought it would be.

That's wonderful !  Where did you see it ?  l live in Minnesota and hadn't heard about it being dropped !

I read the St. Paul newspaper online.  There was a brief mention that it was dropped from the transportation bill.
