And it's good news!

I took him for his blood pressure re-check today. His b/p went from 190 to 150 (it was really high). So we're going to keep him on the medication he's been taking and he'll get checked every 3-6 months. And he's even lost a little weight! Not much, but it's better than gaining a little weight.

And we meet his new vet next week; I'm having all his medical records sent over to the office. If his new or ex-vet ask me why I'm making a change, I'll just say that his age and rather fragile health make it clear he needs more than what a walk-in clinic can provide him with.

Three cheers for my baby boy!

I should add that BooBoo is a 9-year-old Maine Coon mix and the love of my life.
