Re: Update: Vitamix Settlement

[ Edited ]

I also got a denial email and sent in the serial number again...we'll see

I didbn't go to the site to put in a claim - an email came to me saying I can file

You would think the email would have most likely go to customers that can file the claim...

interesting how the replacment blade cost more than $70.00 Smiley Sad       I'm willing to give my $70.00 credit to someone for $50.00?    I don't even use my vitamix enought to justify 150 or more for a low canister Smiley Sad

Re: Update: Vitamix Settlement

I agree it's a pain -it's SO HEAVY- but I paid for it and I want them to give me what they owe me! I also have one of those smaller Ninja's- I use that a lot more.

Re: Update: Vitamix Settlement

They only give you a $70 voucher- that sucks!-- so you can choose plastic spatula or pay $100 more to them for whatever container you want- we should all protest- but to who- what "court" settlement agreed to that anyhow? Seems like I'm not the only one who asked for replacement of the original and got denied- hmmmmm very suspicious!!!
