If the description says 0.5 or half an ounce (50% of an ounce), and they sent you a bottle that is 0.05 ounces, or 5% of an ounce, they misrepresented the product and should refund your money.  They probably won't even make you return the minuscule bottle when you point out the typo.

That is really funny...good thing you didn't just toss or someone would have found a nice gift at the recycle plant.I think when they described that perfume on air they should have said purse size or travel size.

in THIS photo the larger bottle looks like it is 4 oz not  .4 oz......the smaller bottle does look like it is .5  oz......which would be 1/8 of the size of the larger 4 oz. bottle.

Okay, I suppose the moral of the story is to know what you are buying before  you a buy it and to look in the box before you (huh ????) assume the box is empty....lol    Of course if you don't do those things, it's all Qvc's fault....lol

I think the "moral" of the story is that the shipper wasted a lot of resources and the OP's money to ship something so small that it was lost in the packing.  No wonder the OP was venting.
