Unusual Flavors At The Ice Cream Stand

DH and I love to stop for a cone and it seems the small, independent stands have a large selection of unusual flavors (not that there's anything wrong with chocolate). I've been liking the Cannoli (with crushed cannoli shells, mini-chocolate morsels, and ice cream that really does taste like cannoli filling), Key Lime Pie (with buttery graham cracker "crust" swirled throughout), Red Velvet, and Coconut Mango. DH loves the Kahlua Almond Amaretto. Another place has a new novelty flavor each week, and the Fireball tasted just like the atomic fireballs I remember.
