Unreal ..They Left a Sponge Behind

Our daughter's fil had a double lung transplant two weeks ago today..The poor man was not recovering and after many test it showed a 4 by 8 sponge was left behind the new lungs during surgery..He has since had surgery to have it removed but is still in very serious condition..
