I had them for 20+ years through my group plan at work.  Excellent customer service and I never had any problems with them.  My experience is only regarding preventative services and minor illnesses, however.  Never had any large claims and no hospitalization.

My late husband and I have had this company as our Medicare supplement carrier.  He was diabetic with many claims and we had no problems having them paid.  I am still having the same good results.  We enrolled in the plan through AARP.
