Unemployed and bummed

I have been unemployed for 2 years now. I quit the job not knowing the ecomony would tank. I have been on so many interviews but no job offer. I would love some new updated tips on interviewing. I am 51 years old, medical billing, insurance background, collections and clerical experience. Maybe someone could help with tips. Thanks !
