Unbelievable - Kohl's really does take anything Back!

I had to return an outfit for my gd at Kohl's tonight.

The lady in front of me had this huge trash bag sitting near her on the floor. When it was her turn I couldn't believe my eyes she pulls this Artisan KA Mixer and sets it on the counter ~ and the bowl was filled with "whatever" - dirty!

The Kohls lady said "Is there a problem" the lady said "YES, can't you see I can't get the bowl off to remove it". The Kohl's lady takes and twists the bowl (which I had a artisan years ago and had the same problem getting the bowl off) ~ and tells her "here you go".

The lady said "Oh, I don't want this mixer its too much trouble!!!" No BOX, NO receipt, etc. and a dirty bowl… OMG the Kohl's rep issued her a full price store credit !!

And the rep did it with a smile too! My friend and I just stood there with our mouths open….neither one of us could believe it!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}
