If only people felt the same when Russian bombs were falling on Syria and those people were washing up on European beaches. When Guatemalans were being forced into drug gangs and fled to us for asylum. If only the world was fair about who they'd risk themselves, their country, their planet for.

I would even go so far as to say that I wish people actually cared about the victims of crime (mostly minorities) in our large cities.

@Pearlee, Answer should be simple. Macy’s does not have a TV site, running 24 hours a day, noting other tragedies - do you recall? - nor a blog. I truly feel sorry for you if you don’t know the difference. But then I do realize some folks have a reputation for being contrary and always starting disagreements. @PamfromCTWhile I may not agree with your opinion on this subject, I fully support your right to express it without being subjected to personal insults. As for Putin...he is an evil, power hungry lunatic just like Hitler I don't think there is anything that will stop him from continuing on his current path to prevail. He must be stopped in any manner that is necessary or we are all doomed. As 911 taught us...we are not immune to being attacked on our soil. We are a target of many of the World tyrants. I hope our leaders and allies find the strength and wisdom to end this before it gets much worse.

Ukraine doesn't seem to care if a WW3 broke out if we gave them a no fly zone, just wants what it wants as evidenced by the continuing plea for a no fly zone, and Zelensky saying their blood is on our hands from now on if a no fly zone isn't instituted, which annoys me no end. I know they are desperate, but don't bite the hand that feeds you, I say.

@tansy WW3 would involve the world, and if we had to go in, that is different. This is what is so frustrating, watching this horror and wanting to nail Russian tanks, etc., terrible quandry. I would love for someone to nail Putin, of course, and I am thinking this will be the only way to stop him.
