Regarding donating to Ukrainian relief, I donated to the Ukrainian Red Cross from the information given in this Forbes piece:

@TW   Think about it.  Do you really want a nuclear war and World War III?  That's why other countries are walking on eggshells.  Its very sad about Ukraine but better to lose one country than to destroy the whole world.

I hear ME ME ME.  Would you be OK to spare 1 country if that country was yours?

Personally, I don’t know anyone anyone so protected, and uninformed that they fail to consider the dire consequences of WWIII, sadly you apparently do.  Do not try to cut my foot to fit your shoe.

I am not so heartless, or careless as to just toss off another country and it’s people, at the whim of a man whose ego was hugely placated by our TPTB not so long ago.

Them, or US is not a fix I can live with.  It surely surprises me that so many people who can not live a good life without ‘their’ brand of TP are so willing to subject others to such unspeakable horror.   THESE are the people you expect to live with the deprivations which come under a man such as VP?  This approved by people who complain endlessly about the time of day their mail arrives?

Some of us live in a world where might is not necessarily right, and closing one’s eyes to the plight of others is not acceptable.

My family fought in every war in this country since the Revolutionary War and still fight, I respect them, admire them, and what they stood for.  So, yes, I HAVE thought about the options.

I hope everything remains enchanting in the Land of Enchantment,

and for those of us who believe the future of OUR great country is in the best hands of our heroes.

As long as you have yours that's all that counts.  Thinking he will stop at the Ukraine is naive and stupid.  I wonder how you would feel if somebody invades New Mexico?

"It's crimes against humanity and he has to answer to this and suffer the consequences which should be swift and brutal !!! "

Personal Opinion:

The ONLY way that will happen is if the Russian military & the KGB mutiny together to take Putin down.

No country is going "inside" Russia to arrest Putin for war crimes.  It has to be an "inside" job.

My personal opinion #2:

Even if Putin is tried in absentia, he has plenty of places to "hide."  Russia is the largest country in the world.  Most of it is very vast.

Re: Ukranian Nuclear Power Plant on Fire

@TW   @Drythe   I think some here don't understand the possible implications of a third world war.  It could literally destroy life on earth.  It's to be avoided at all costs.  It will be nuclear.  If they have any future, it will be grim for your grandchildren.  It won't be limited to Europe either.  We have a big target on our backs.
