These look like fun!  I don't think that the scent will be strong; they are "scratch and sniff" and probably have very little scent to them anyway.

You have to be dead to be on a US stamp.  So, Meg will not be on a stamp.  Of course the British ones will be collector’s items when she divorces Harry.  

@GSPgirl  I'm pretty sure that rule ended in 2011 but I'm not sure if they have issued any stamps with living people on them since then.
