I remember once there was talk of not having Saturday mail delivery. I think they should do it, I wouldn't mind it.

I just recieved an email from USPS alerting me that an  insured (costly)  return to SHOPHQ would be delayed...

Was supposed to be delivered within three days and here it is 6 days with a new email alerting me that it could still be delayed!

The package was not going to China, just to Kentucky from PA...

My Reps will be hearig from me!

I'd suggest emailing your US Representatives.  The House has had a committee investigating the post office.  The USPS Board of Directors is the only entity that can fire DeJoy.... even the President can't but he does appoint the board.

All I can say is, order your Christmas gifts NOW and send your gifts NOW.

This is silly.  We have had missing things now for awhile.  

Are we really serious, that doing away with the USPS is the right thing to do?

Slow it down?  Its already slow here.  First class to DD 450 miles away took six days instead of the usual two.

Bizarre that this individual somehow has no fiduciary responsibility to ensure adequate service to those of us who use the post office. Seems like complete lack of accountability if anyone is allowed to deliberately slow the mail. If you or I did that, we would be arrested.

Our economy requires efficient mail delivery. People need to stop playing games with the important institutions of our country. It is unacceptable to ruin businesses like this. And it doesn't only affect one set of people. Everyone has to suffer because of it and no one really benefits.
