The business world is not faring much better.

Fedex hasn''t delivered our deposit slips for the past two days because "business is closed." My employer is open 7 days a week. I am afraid I am just going to have reorder it again with the bank.

I don't understand why I have such an issue with getting banking supplies. Walmart was supplier number three.

I appreciate all the workers who are giving up their time to service everyone no matter what the industry. My employer just did away with holiday pay which is a growing trend to take benefits away from workers so give a little grace to those people who are still working hard for a living. Even a thank you goes a LONG way these days.  Heart

I heard from one vendor, where I get my fish in Alaska FEDEX is putting a 10 dollar surcharge on all perishable time sensitive products. Whether the vendor absorbs them is up to them. A couple of mine charge it to customer.  This is fedex only. I think this is why many vendors are going UPS or USPS
