USDA Scientist talks about ground beef~ UGH

It is on ABC News now.........pink slim in our ground beef so this scientist now grounds his own meat at home. I am going to start buying sirloin and have them ground it for me. What other meat would work lean for hamburger???? OUR FDA is not taking care of us.........what are you going to do about it?
