I was suppose to get five packages delivered today to my address around 3:25 p.m pst. it showed delivered but no packages. I called QVC and let them no- they said they would resend the orders. I called UPS and that is when the nightmare starts. I talked to the customer service dept, tracking dept and investigation dept. I was told someone would call me within an hour.The night supervisor called and he was useless and told me to go around to the other apartments and look for the packages. Are they kidding???? I should be on their payroll. I spent almost two hours trying to get an answer. I finally reached someone who was very helpful and did the leg work. I just want to know who has my packages because one of the items by philosophy is not going to be re-ordered and it was out of stock. They are suppose to contact me first thing in the morning. Hopefully, that works out. Talk about poor customer service---here it is.
I was so aggravated thinking they delivered to the wrong address but noted the packages had been delivered. The night supervisor said the driver was not the regular driver. It always amazes me the people who have jobs and the people who want jobs but can not find one.
Hopefully, the person who has the packages will call UPS and let them know. Wishful thinking???
